  Arber Ruci

  Chief Executive Officer

  Arber Ruci is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of InYourClass. Arber is responsible for the overall strategy of the company, corporate partnerships, and raising capital funding. He oversees all aspects of the development process, marketing initiatives and public relations strategies. Arber is currently completing a dual degree in Management and Psychology at City College of New York.

  Fani Maksakuli

  Chief Strategy Officer, Director of R&D

  Fani Maksakuli is the Chief Strategy Officer and director of research of development of InYourClass.

  Fani is in charge of new product development and market research. He asseses current and future competitive advantages and conducts surveys and focus groups to evaluate current as well as new features. He oversees the overall user experience and personally follows through on users feedback notes. Fani is currently completing a degree in Electrical Engineering from City College of New York.

  Next year Fani will be doing a PhD. in Computer Engineering focusing in AI behavioral patterns. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, surfing and photography.

  Ari Xhelo

  Chief Financial Officer

  Ari Xhelo is the Chief Financial Officer of InYourClass. He is responsible for the financial well being of the company by managing current and future revenue and spending and deals with all legal matters. He is also head moderator of the site. Ari is currently completing a degree in Civil Engineering at City College of New York.

  He plans to pursue a graduate degree in underwater communication in marine life. His passions include scuba diving, deep-sea fishing and eastern languages.

  Serge Agroskin

  Chief Technology Officer

  Serge Agroskin, a native of St. Petersburg, Russia, received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bloomsburg University. Serge is a co-founding partner and Chief Technology Officer at InYourClass and oversees the company's product development, infrastructure, and technical strategy. His background provides him with a strong platform to lead the company's efforts to create unique solutions for its users.

  Prior to joining InYourClass, Serge was a Technology Manager at major travel technology company specializing in business-to-business travel solutions. Here he led the development of all products and services. He also serves as Director of Technology at a New York based medical services company.

  Being the son of a computer scientist, Serge's love of computers and technology began at an early age. Serge combined his technical skills with his interest in entrepreneurship to develop technology platforms for early-stage companies. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, reading about technology, and playing sports. Serge also played poker professionally while studying for his degree, turning 20 dollars into over 10,000 the first month.
